Ever tried using a Group Managed Service Account (gMSA) in Task Scheduler?It looks simple in the GUI, right? You select the account, try to find it… but nothing appears.

Hereโ€™s the trick:
By default, the search includes multiple object types within Entire Directory (Built-in Security Principals, Service Accounts, Users).

๐—ฆ๐—ผ๐—น๐˜‚๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป:ย Uncheck everything except Service Accountโ€”and suddenly, you can find and select your gMSA account!

Of course, PowerShell commandlets can do this too, but sometimes a quick GUI trick saves time.
