GMSA not visible in Task Scheduler?

𝗖𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗠𝗦𝗔 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗿?

When selecting an account in Task Scheduler, the default search includes multiple object types. That can make your 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 (𝗴𝗠𝗦𝗔) appear to be missing.

The quick GUI fix:

✅ Open the object type selection

✅ Uncheck everything except 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁

✅ Search again

Your gMSA should now appear and can be selected.

PowerShell can do the same, but for a quick Task Scheduler setup, this GUI trick can save some time.
